Love Notes From My Soul

Welcoming The New of Spring Equinox Through Communion with Spirit

March 21-22, 2026

“What mundane magic is within you that sets the basis for your life? Notice it and place this under your reverent care. This is your cathedral. It is for you. It is of you. This is what anchors your capacity to know, to share, to love abundantly.”

— Tona (channeled)

What to Expect

Join us in the intimate and enfolding space of Wild Life Refuge to embrace our intuitive knowing and cultivate the bright new sprigs of hope that we find there. Facilitators Beth Freeman, Amber Melin, and Tona Williams welcome you for a weekend of connecting deeply through multiple one-on-one intuitive readings and providing space to cultivate self-expression and personal reflection. We’re excited to share with you —

  • A full and participatory Light Being group channeling with Beth, using the transformative energy of Spring Equinox

  • Personal intuitive readings through multiple perspectives and modalities

  • The depth and beauty of Beth’s Heart Meditation

  • Communion with yourself and the other participants through movement, sound, group connections, and practices of personal reflection and intuitive expression

  • Infusion of the energy of this experience into a handmade candle that you will personalize and take with you

  • Wholesome and delicious Vegan and whole-plant-based meals, including a light lunch, dinner, snacks-as-desired, and self-serve breakfast spread — there is space in a guest fridge for any supplemental food and beverages that you would like to bring

  • A sacred pause in the unique and profound tranquility of the Wild Life Refuge space

  • Sunday morning celebration of change with vocal exercises, sound bath and music that transitions into an invitation to join in joyful dance

We will have a maximum of 10 participants, plus facilitators, so this will be a true opportunity to know and see each other, and to take time to luxuriate in a quiet and intimately supportive context.

We will gather at Wild Life Refuge, a sanctuary for conscious connection, creativity, art and movement acquired in 2025 by Tona Williams as her private home, art studio, and space for small and intimate gatherings and collaborations.

Capacity and Cost

Wild Life Refuge
Wild Life Refuge
  • $655 includes Saturday and Sunday with an overnight stay at Wild Life Refuge included. We have six spaces available for sleeping over at WLR. Sleeping quarters are lovely, comfy, and shared with the other participants - we have two queen bed options, two lower-bunk twin beds and two upper-bunk twin beds.

  • $555 includes Saturday and Sunday with off-site accommodation not included. We have four spaces available for this option, where participants will make their own lodging arrangements. Visit this page on the WLR website for a list of nearby options.

  • This is an intimate retreat for a maximum of 10 participants. On-site lodging is first-come, first-served. There are commercial lodging options as close as five minutes away and many choices within 20 minutes. We're happy to help you find what will be right for you.

  • The Wild Life Refuge property has multiple distinct areas for participants to enjoy, so that late-night conversation, lounging by the fire, impromptu dance sessions, early-morning reverie, stargazing, meditations by the koi pond, and frolics along our private woodland trails can all be simultaneously accommodated, even while others sleep. The space is nurturing and it was created for you to enjoy.

  • Because WLR is a private residence and the gathering spaces are evolving, it will not be physically accessible for all people. The main house is a split-level that relies on stairs, and two cats live here too. Please reach out with any questions about the space and whether we are able to make it accommodating for you.

Soul’s Purpose Channeler · Intuitive Energy Practitioner · Author

I am a soul's purpose channeler and intuitive energy practitioner. Over a decade ago I set the intention to devote myself to this work — for healing, soul growth, and the greater good. Since then, it has become not only my passion but truly my soul’s purpose. I facilitate and support others in finding their peace and their purpose through: healing from the past and their pain, learning to love and accept themselves, and stepping into their own gifts — whatever form those gifts may take.

My work blends channeled guidance from personal spirit guides with messages from light beings, primarily the Pleiadians and Arcturians. Through these connections, I facilitate deep inner-child healing, self-integration, and multidimensional support that embraces the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual-energy bodies.

I feel deeply blessed to do this work and honored to serve every person who finds their way to me. I believe we are all part of a greater whole — and that true transformation arises when we come together and remember what unites us. Learn more here.

How our time together will flow

We ask that all participants plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before our opening circle begins each day, and stay until we have closed for that day. This will help us all to make the most of the precious time we have together. The dynamic of our group will be inherently unique and we’re excited for the exploration of what will emerge as we come together. The timing of particular activities within each day is approximate and may shift if our flow requires some adjustment.
